Hi this is all Simon Wardley's Idea see his post InterTent08, it all started with this tweet.

When is it

16th & 17th August 2008

Where is it

Lee Valley Campsite, Sewardstone

What is it about?

Well basically Simon is planning to go camping for a couple of days, and whilst he's there he'd be happy to talk and listen to topics on Green IT, Innovation, Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0, Utility Computing, Portability, Fabrication, Gov 2.0, Cybernetics, Open Source, Social Media and anything else that people find interesting

What do I need?

A tent is fairly essential, other than that it is anything else you might find useful such as a laptop, wifi, food, drink, coffee, white boards, AV equipment. Since we're going camping, then if you need it you'll obviously have to work out a way to bring some power (solar, wind, pedal etc).

Who gets to speak?

Anybody who wants to.

Who's in charge?

Nobody and Everybody.

How did this start?

It was a reaction to Technology of Tomorrow.

Who's coming:

Simon Wardley
Alan Wood (AKA Folknology) - Twitter
Phil Jones (provisional on my being in UK)Ewan
Gavin Bell
Andrew Fogg

Who's Not Coming :

Phil Jones (Saddly, I'm not going to be in the UK. But I'll be thinking of you all, and hopefully you're gonna have some kind of feed, right? )

What do I need to do
